Job purpose

The objective of the Sales Program Manager is to enable the maximization of impact of the Brand Equity Program, as well as support the planning needed for the growth in key accounts.  The Sales Program Manager will be responsible for the education and promotion of the Brand Equity Program in Festool USA and CA.  In addition, he / she will also be responsible for key support processes in the growth of key accounts.

Duties and responsibilities

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about sales and people. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Educating the relevant Festool personnel as well as dealers on the Festool Brand Equity Program to ensure consistent implementation
  • Promoting the Festool Brand Equity Program through the active communication with the dealer network
  • Reviewing and aligning key account dealer contracts across departments within the organization
  • Managing a funnel of key prospects to monitor the consumption of material / training resources
  • Analyzing & communicating with logistics team on a routine basis for accurate planning of product and collateral needs
  • All other duties assigned

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Marketing  or related field
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – pivot tables, vlookup functions, etc.
  •  5+years of sales programing experience preferred
  • Detail oriented & analytical
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must be able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Ability to function in a fast- pace environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills required
  • Ability to travel  up to 30% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
