POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary function/purpose of this job.
Festool North America is seeking a social media manager to help lead the growth of our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn) and online community (Festool Owners Group, Blog). The role is a mix of strategy, execution, community engagement and analytics/data reporting, with the purpose of expanding and enhancing our brand presence with our online communities. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the social media manager will partner closely with multiple stakeholders to bring to life our key campaigns and enhance our brand personality and voice. This person will have a proven track record driving social strategy, building an audience, and being on-top of the latest social trends. |

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum requirements to competently perform the key responsibilities of this job in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications or other knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Education: BA/BS in Sales, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism
Years of Experience: 3-5 years’ experience managing owned social media channels and community management. Agency background a plus.
